Pumpkin Patch

Last week we went to Mitchell Farms in Collins. You can see last year's post here. We enjoyed the seeing the animals in the barn, corn pool, hay ride, playground, feeding the goats and picking out our pumpkins. It was an absolutely beautiful day to be outside!

Somebody would not look at the camera! She spent most of the day overwhelmed, taking it all in.
My little pumpkin! We brought home a pumpkin like the one she is holding. She has played with that thing ALL week.
"Too many to choose just one, I'll take two."
"Oo, this one too!"
Helping Pops push the wagon full of all our pumpkins.
Madison came with us too!
Keep checking back for Trick-or-Treat pictures!

Down on the Farm

I've wanted to take Audrey Claire to a pumpkin patch for a couple of weeks now. We finally found a great one to go to! Friday night my parents came to stay the night and brought my cousin Madison. Saturday morning, we got up early and headed for Mitchell Farms in Collins. While there, we rode the "Pumpkin Patch Train" (what Madison called it), picked out pumpkins, played on the playground, found our way through a hay maze, and of course, took LOTS of pictures! We really had a great time playing on the farm!

"Yes! We made it out of the hay maze!"
My pumpkin standing next to a really big pumpkin!
I think Aunt Michelle misses having a baby when she is around Audrey Claire!
There is a story behind this. But I "don't" really remember it!
She really enjoyed riding on the Pumpkin Patch Train!
She makes a pretty little scarecrow!
Where are my sunglasses? It is bright out here!
"I love the hay!"
"But I'm not sure about the dirt!"
I think she could have done this for hours.
Maybe GrayPop (Seth's grandfather) can build us one of these using his hay!
This says at the top "How Tall This Fall". Next year if we go back here we can see how much she grew in a year!
