Like I said earlier, we did so much in the little time that we were home, I decided to split it into two posts.
Right after church Sunday morning, we headed to Wesson to visit with Seth's family. While there, we saw Seth's grandparents and his Dad. I really wanted to take Audrey Claire outside to see the cows but the rain kept us inside. So we just had fun playing with new toys from ReRe's house. Also, we had a very special visitor stop by-Sara Madalin. Oh, and her parents too! Her dad, Regan, is Seth's dad's first cousin. Anyway, we have enjoyed following her blog since she was born but never got the chance to meet her. We were so excited to finally get to play with her. And boy was she fun! Seth and I got to see the things we have to look forward to once AC starts walking. That Sara Madalin was all over the place! It was so cute to see her exploring anything and everything she could.
How cute are these boots Sara Madalin is wearing? Made me really jealous since my little monkey can't even wear shoes because of her "chunky" feet!
Not only did Audrey Claire have to share her toys, but she had to share her grandparents! She was a good little girl and didn't mind though.
I found her sunglasses and decided to try them on her to see how she would react. Surprisingly, she left them on and played for a few minutes!
After Wesson, we headed to Brookhaven to visit with more of Seth's family. This was his mom's side of the family. By this point in the trip, as you can tell from this picture, Audrey Claire was one tired little monkey. She had played herself out!
And this is where my camera batteries died. I guess they were worn out too from all the pictures taken Saturday and Sunday! Anyway, we enjoyed getting to visit with Seth's grandparents and aunt for a little while but had to cut the visit short so this monkey could go night-night on the way back to Hattiesburg.
I told you we did a lot in two days!!
