Weekend Wrap-up

This past weekend was, as usual, very busy. It started Thursday night when we went to Wesson. Audrey Claire has enjoyed getting to spend time with Uncle Hunter who's been here this summer from Texas.

I worked in Hazlehurst Friday while Seth was busy doing this:

Friday night, we enjoyed eating at one of our old favorite places to eat- El Sombrero in Brookhaven. We ate with Seth's parents and Tucker. I had every intention of taking pictures while we were with them but my child decided to act like a crazy woman in the restaurant! That could have something to do with the fact that she is now 6 months away from being 2!

We came home Friday night for Seth to work Saturday. Audrey Claire and I had a much needed day together running errands around town. We went to an indoor inflatables place (LOVED IT), the mall, Big Lots, and Cellular South to see Seth. Before getting in the car to go, she had to talk to the cat-cat. She hasn't shown much interest in him lately but that day he caught her attention for sure.

Later that night, we met some friends-Greg, Kay, Zeph and Kati Brooks. We went to church with them when we lived in Cleveland. They now live in Wesson and Zeph made the All-Star baseball team this year. Playoffs were being held in Hattiesburg so we got to go to his game! We hadn't seen them in a little over two years and seeing that Kay was pregnant with Kati Brooks last time we saw them, I was really excited to visit with them!

While at the game, AC found some old pacifiers in her stroller from "back in the day". Haha. She loves playing with them when she finds them.

Here's Miss Kati Brooks. How beautiful is she? Her curly hair and eyes are gorgeous! She cracked me up the entire game. Since Audrey Claire is such a terrible eater, it blows me away when kids actually want to eat. I think KB ate the whole time we were there! Here she is enjoying a pickle. And she never once made a 'sour' face!

Since we seem to be in the car a lot here lately, Madison let Audrey Claire borrow her travel pillow. We've only used it once but on the way home from the game, I looked back at Audrey Claire and she had put it behind her head. It was a little past her usual bedtime so I guess this was her way of saying she was tired.
That child knows what Momma is doing when she gets the camera out. She kept making silly faces at me so I kept snapping.

Once again, we have a busy week ahead of us. Posting will probably be random but I will do my best!
