Hanging with Judah

On Thursday of this week, we got to babysit Judah for a little while. He is a handsome little squirt! He is already 3 months old! I knew it would be interesting having two babies by myself. But to my surprise, they really did great. When he first got here, he was sleeping and so was Audrey Claire so I had a good hour of silence. There was only one 20 minute period in the whole day when they were both crying. Darla came to visit us that afternoon. It was nice to have another set of hands to help! Other than the 20 minute crying session, we really had a fun day!

He woke up hungry while Audrey was still sleeping. So I fed him and let him swing for a while. I love this picture of him. Hopefully, his Daddy won't see this picture of him in the pink swing! :)

When Audrey Claire woke up and saw another baby in her house she wasn't sure what to think.

But all Judah had to do was smile a few times like this and she felt better about the situation.

She even shared her toys with Judah. Here she is showing him how to "rock out" with her "Sound Stage". I am sure his Daddy would appreciate this activity much better than the pink swing!

At the end of the day all I could think was "Thank you Lord for inspiring someone to invent a Bumbo seat" (P.S. Judah's sock is coming off in this picture because AC loved pulling them off)
